The beautiful setting surrounded by greenery provided a serene atmosphere, perfectly complemented by the attentive and friendly staff. The suite featured two bathrooms and a spacious balcony, allowing for a relaxing stay. However, the dining experience fell short—several meals were undercooked, leading to disappointment, especially at dinner. Additionally, the lack of a buffet on certain nights caused frustration and diminished the overall enjoyment.

The beach access was just a few stairs down a charming path and you could easily find great local restaurants, like a cute pizza place and a highly-rated Chinese restaurant, all within a 5-minute walk. as a solo traveler, I appreciated having my spacious room to relax in after exploring, even if the view wasn’t as expected.

During our stay, I was disappointed by the lack of maintenance in our room. There were several fixtures that were outdated and needed repairs, which was unexpected from a 5-star resort. Additionally, the quality of the evening buffet was quite poor, with limited options and disappointing flavors, especially given the high cost.

Dining prices felt steep compared to local options, leading to an overall sense of being overcharged for meals that didn’t always impress.

We had a fantastic time lounging by the pools and grabbing delicious bites from the restaurant! The outdoor pool was a wonderful escape, and indulging in a rejuvenating massage at the spa made our stay even better. One little thing, the hotel’s dining can be a bit pricey, but I’d still suggest checking it out for a special meal! 🌴

i had a fantastic 3-night stay at epic sana. the hotel is absolutely beautiful, set in wonderfully maintained gardens with boardwalk beach access. the facilities were top-notch, and the indoor pool was always at the perfect temperature. the staff truly stood out, always friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home.
